Notlih Motors is an Automotive Dealership Group that operates across New South Wales and Queensland, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service as well as offering its team members a fulfilling career path and positive workplace culture.

The group's roots can be traced back to 1967 when a single used vehicle dealership was established in Gosford, NSW. It quickly became an agent for the Renault and Peugeot franchises in 1968, operating under the name of Brian Hilton, named after its founder. Growing up on the NSW Central Coast, Brian's father was a local orange farmer in the Somersby area. Brian's passion for motorsport, particularly car rallies, sparked his interest in cars and eventually led him to pursue a career in the automotive industry.

Brian Hilton became the agent for Toyota in Gosford in 1972 and the business has grown ever since with the support of Notlih Investments Pty Ltd, a family company which has played an important role in the company’s expansion and property strategy.

Today, the business is still family-owned and operated by Brian's son, Josh Hilton, whose leadership and enthusiasm have fuelled the company's growth over the last 15 years from a local Central Coast business to a group with a presence across two states.

Notlih Motors was created out of Josh's enthusiasm and vision for the future, delivering the same local-based, old-fashioned service that was instrumental to Brian Hilton's success, to over 15 different locations in New South Wales and Queensland.

The company partners with local Dealer Principals to ensure the business remains community-based and people-focused. Notlih Motors is committed to supporting the communities it operates in and believes the way we treat our people is what ultimately leads to better service for our customers.
